We’re growing the team at Lookfor and we’re hiring a Founding Engineer (Full Stack).
Lookfor is an agentic CX platform for high-growth Shopify brands. We’re building the Frontier Platform for customer communication in commerce: a unified inbox, multi-agent system editor, traces, and outbound campaigns - all in one place.
We’re a small team running a big operation, so we’re looking for a strong builder: someone who ships quickly, takes full ownership, and enjoys talking to customers - turning real feedback into product iterations.
• Own features end-to-end: concept - build - ship - maintain
• Build across the platform: dashboard, inbox, MAS editor, campaigns
• Design and implement scalable backend systems and data models
• Improve performance, reliability, and deployment workflows
• Work directly with customers (Slack/Notion) and ship based on real needs

Requirements
• Graduate (BSc/MSc or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong experience in full-stack software engineering
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
