7.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ebrar@lookfor.ai. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
7.2. Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that could harm our Services or other users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lookfor, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any errors or omissions in the Services; or (iv) any other matter related to the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lookfor, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, Dover, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Delaware Court of Chancery in Delaware, Dover.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and lookfor, Inc. concerning the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
12.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.3. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
