This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Lookfor Inc. (“lookfor”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) collects and processes information related the mobile or website applications of our service subscribers (collectively “you” or “your”) when interact with us, subscribe to our services and use our websites and other digital services that link to this Notice (“Services”). Lookfor Inc. provides software as a service (SaaS) that enables providers of mobile applications or websites (the “App / Website Providers,” also referred to as “you” or “your”) to better understand how their end users (the “End Users”) interact with their services. This allows for customized marketing based on End Users’ interests.
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. This Privacy Policy only applies to Company and does not apply to the practices of companies that Company does not own or control, or to people that Company does not employ or manage. This Privacy Policy has some provisions that only apply to App Providers and End Users, respectively, and it also has provisions that apply to both App Providers and End Users. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. Personal Data Usage and Regulatory Compliance
As used in this Notice, the terms “personal data,” “data subject,” and “processing” are defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). “You” refers to the individual who provided personal data to us in connection with a client’s subscription to our Services or obtained by us in connection with your use of the Services. Lookfor considers data protection and privacy to be of paramount importance. We NEVER sell personal data and carry out all processing operations in compliance with the GDPR (specifically, but not limited to, Article 6(1)(b) to (f) and Article 28) and other applicable global privacy and data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (collectively, the “Applicable Law”).
How Do We Collect and Use Your Information?

From directly End Users: Lookfor enables end users to obtain information about the products and services of subscribers to Application or Website Providers through its product. During interactions with our product, even if users disclose personal information, lookfor collects and processes this information in a manner that cannot be directly linked to individual identities. lookfor acquires information in a way that does not associate it with specific individuals, thus not constituting personal data processing under the GDPR. For instance, even if users provide their personal information while placing an order or making an inquiry through our service, lookfor can only access and review the content of the information without being able to ascertain its ownership. Consequently, Lookfor does not have direct access to personal data that could identify users.

From App / Websites Providers: In addition, we access or receive information about end users' interactions with App Providers' applications and devices. This includes, but is not limited to, actions taken, services opened, events sent to the background, transactions performed by end users, IP addresses, and access dates, times and locations associated with actions taken on the App Providers' websites and mobile applications. We collect purchase history, order details (items purchased, amount paid, shipping and billing addresses), and the form of payment. Please ensure that you read, understand and accept the privacy policy and any terms and conditions of use of the App Provider using the Company Service. By using our Service, you expressly release Company from any liability arising from your use of the App Provider's service. We analyze and use this information to provide and improve the Company Service. Company collects information under the direction of our App Providers and has no direct relationship with the end users whose personal information it processes. If you are a customer of one of our App Providers and no longer wish to be contacted by one of our App Providers using the Company Service, please contact the App Provider directly.

Google Workspace API Data (Gmail)
Lookfor uses Google Workspace APIs—including the Gmail API—only to let you connect your Gmail account to the Lookfor dashboard so you can read, classify, and respond to messages inside the product.
Google Workspace user data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized (non-personalized) AI or machine-learning models. We access the minimum scopes required, retain data only as long as needed to provide the user-facing feature, and never sell or share Gmail data with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
Why Do We Process Your Information?
Lookfor generally processes your personal data to provide the services offered by its services. Additionally, Lookfor collects user data anonymously to enhance the functionality of its services and improve the user experience.
Under Article 6 of the GDPR, European laws recognize legitimate interests, allowing data controllers to process personal data for the purposes of carrying out their business activities to the extent permitted by law. It must be ensured that the data processing activity does not seriously impact the rights and freedoms of individuals. Otherwise, the data processing activity cannot be considered as a legitimate interest. These “legitimate interests” include:
To provide and improve our products and services
To detect, prevent and respond to security incidents or other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
To test out features or additional services
To ensure service optimization within the scope of feature testing and development
To analyze the performance of services and products
To address customer issues and feedback to improve service quality
To respond to Your requests, complaints, and inquiries
To evaluate or supervise the usage and performance of programs and technologies related to Your interactions with us.
Collection of Personal Information:
Depending on your interactions with Lookfor, we may collect identifiable, online identifiable (as device data) and non identifiable information. For example, if you are an end user of an App/Website Provider, we may collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and residential address. This information is retained until the termination of our service agreement with the App/Website Provider. Upon the conclusion of our contractual relationship, we will delete the relevant data.
Legal and Law Enforcement: We may disclose personal data without providing further notice to you if required by law, or if in the reasonable judgment of lookfor, such disclosure is necessary to:
Investigate, prevent, or take action regarding unlawful activities, suspected fraud, or potential threats to the physical or online security of any individual
Enforce or apply the terms of our agreements, protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or third parties
Establish, exercise, or defend against legal claims, which may include disclosing personal data to litigants or other related parties and their legal counsel.
To the public: When you provide testimonials or feedback intended for publication on our Services or as a client testimonial, we may disclose such testimonials along with your name in our Services and marketing materials. Please be aware that any information you post on our Services may be accessed, read, and utilized by others who view this information.
With your consent: We may disclose your information to third parties with your explicit consent, as required by law. However, we may also anonymize, de-identify, or aggregate the information in a manner that no longer allows for the identification of individuals before sharing it with third parties for any legally permissible purposes.
